Change where orders go

It's been a while since I've set up my online store with ZenCart. My email address has changed where my orders are being directed to and I can't for the life of me find where it is that I would change this. Please help!?! Thank you!

Sorry, to be more specific, it is where the Order Confirmation notice is sent to that I am trying to change. Again, many thanx!
