EZ-Pages URL not the same as Heading?

Hello,

When I deleted an EZ-Page named "TEST1" and added a new EZ-Page named "Reward Points", the new EZ-Page kept the old pages URL.

I have simple seo url installed.

My new EZ-Page is is "Reward Points" and the url should be mysite.com/rewardpoints-page-1, but it is mysite.com/test1-page-1.

How do I fix it so my new EZ-Page has the same URL as the heading?

Please help.
