Suspect fraud. How do I block IP address???

I have a user who is on all the time without making a purchase. I am not sure what he or she is doing, but I would like to block this IP address. Does anyone know how I can go about doing so?

You can usually do that in your hosting account's control panel.

remember to do a whois on the IP,
would suck to block a SE Bot
