Attribute Issue with Add: and ...More Info

I did a search for this so my apologies if this is covered somewhere but if so it wasn't obvious.

I have a store running Zen Cart 1.3.5 and it has been working fine however I just stumbled onto what I believe is an attribute setting and I am not sure how to resolve it.

The issue is for a standard item that will be shipped the "Add:" Field with a "0" is displaying rather than the "...more info" link.

I am hoping somebody knows what I need to change to resolve this.
