Moving Product after certain date?

I need to know how to move product from one category to another after it is already in the store and then how to make that automatic for future products that I add into the store. I also need to know how to change the price on a certain date.
I have near 600 products listed in my store so I need to be able to do this with all the products I already have up and I can not do this one by one cause it would take days to do so.
