How Can I customize Zen Cart?

Hi all,

I have just installed Zen cart to start selling home made stuff online.
Zen Cart template does not perfectly match up with my website.

Just wondering how do I customize it so that it looks like the rest of my website...

Please help...

Re: How Can I customize Zen Cart?

From what I've gathered---

With alot of Bluddy effort LoL

It's taken me a mass headache and A LOT of reading the FAQ's & Tutorials- to even get the beginning part

I downloaded a Template- but Have NO idea how to upload it! or where to etc - I'm a proper newbie at this stuff!

It's frustrating :(

I wish ya luck & Hope someone can help you out!!! :)

Re: How Can I customize Zen Cart?

First thing to do is read carefully through the Tutorials/FAQ to get an idea about how things work. Then just start trying stuff, searching the forums when you run into snags, and, finally, posting a specific question when you're really stuck.

Re: How Can I customize Zen Cart?

The free templates available for Zen Cart can be seen "in action" at http://(sorry, site offline)/. Use the pull-down menu to change templates.

Most (if not all) of the templates come with a "read me" file that contains instructions. For the most part, upload the contents /includes folder to the corresponding locations in your website's /includes folder and then select the template in admin>tools>template selection.
