Online Education Registration?

I've been using zen cart over at https://www.woundcareconference.com for online registration for "in a hotel" training sessions. We're getting ready to offer some online courses, and I'm wondering if our existing system can support that? Do any of you guys do online training via zen cart? Or do you know of any services which will be compatible?

Thanks!
