EZpages Header Links Position

I've used an image for my ez-pages header. The trouble is the links appear to change position vertically depending on the PC i'm viewing them on (I'm trying to line them up with the bottom of our logo). I've tried putting padding and margins in the stylesheet on the following division;

#navEZPagesTop a:link {
color: #A8A8A8;
text-decoration: none;
}

without any success.
