Removing Buy Now Button

Hello,

Is there a way to remove the Buy Now button in the index listing? I want it only to be available when the customer clicks on the product. I tried to search Buy Now but the terms were too short for search.

The buy now button can be turned off from the admin. Under configuration you can turn it off for all product page, new product page and product listing page. Based on the page you are talking about it can be done.
