Shipping adding 3lbs to every store item!
Hi, there....
Newb here just installed the latest version of Zen....up with the basics okay, but on test transaction, we've noticed that 3lbs is being added to the weight of every item in our store.....both shippers, UPS & USPS. In fact, when I changed an item's weight to 0, it still shows 3 lbs!! It's somewhere in the system, but I just can't find it!! HELP!!
