White Screen on add to cart

I am getting a white screen when adding any item to my cart. Turning on STRICT_ERROR_REPORTING gives me this on the white screen:

I have the similar problem. After I picked the shipping method and clicked continue checkout, I got blank screen. Here is the error... I don't see any problem with email_extras.php. I am out of idea. Please help.

I am getting this error too.

I have just upgraded the BigRoyalMail shipping module, which I did because checkout suddenly started giving UK (local) customers no shipping options.

There are no spaces at the end of my email_extras.php file.

What is the exact error message that you are seeing?

If in v1.3.9, look in your /cache for the debug logs ... if not in v1.3.9 you can get the Debug Tool in the Free Software Add Ons that can help you with this ...

It appears I had not copied over some of the BigRoyalMail package files.

I discovered this using the debug utility as advised.
