Cant turn off CC payment method

I am trying to turn off the payment method for credit cards showing up on my checkout page and have only paypal as a payment option, I cant get the credit card option to disappear, all forms of payment are not installed exept paypal and all credit cards in config are 0. What am I doing wrong?

Also, Im wondering if this credit card form is connected to my paypal account? If I run it through will it go through paypal? I dont have a merchant or gateway. If it goes through paypal do I need to enable the credit cards in config to accept the credit cards? Thanks.

I have pro but I have standard enabled too. and express checkout

"PayPal Website Payments Pro" is a credit card module ... that's why you're seeing credit card fields.
If you've not signed up for that (paid) service, turn that module off.

And, you don't need to have "both" express and standard. Pick one or the other ... otherwise you'll confuse your customers with too many similar options. I suggest Express.

I do have paypal pro, I need to shut off standard i guess? Also do I need to enable the cc in config? or does it do that in paypal pro?

If you've subscribed to PayPal Website Payments Pro, then you'll want that module enabled. Since that also requires Express, then it makes sense to remove Standard.

Additionally, under Admin->Configuration->Credit Cards, you'll need to enable the credit card types you intend to accept via PayPal Website Payments Pro: usually that's Visa/MasterCard/Diners/Amex.
