Sidebox disappear on product screen

Hello all,

I have enable SPECIALS ITEM sidebox on my site, The sidebox appeared when you browsing categories, but if you click on a product, the sidebox will disappear, that also happens when I look at product review. I intend to keep this side box in all the pages. Is there any way to do that?

Thank you in advance for any suggestion and help
