Unsure how to add a header pic/logo

Hi,

Im using zen 1.3.8a and have been "playing" with a live site since approx October last year to get a feel for zen cart. I was using Sophy Blue template, but felt restricted in unspringy pages, played with the header to get the size right etc, but am going for a complete new look now. :unsure:

My problem is Ive found a template that I would like to work with, but I cant work out how to get a small picture in the header and I wonder if someone could possibly help me at all please?

My site is mythsngifts.com and Ive put it in showroom mode atm, purely so that I can play but so that existing customers dont think Ive gone to ground with it.

Any help with the header would be much appreciated!

Ive been having a play, and did the header as a background image instead, so got my pic in, but new query - could anyone possibly tell me how to enlarge the header to 220px high and to take off the 2 "mythsngifts" text that are in white on the header please? :dontgetit:blush:

oh - and the template is called free_red and not freered :oops:

she is ok ;) I downloaded ItsChristmas and had a playaround with that instead and bingo, off i go to load up with products (until I get bored again!)
