New HTML Editor and side box not working with Godaddy

I added a new HTML Editor(FCKeditor) and side box, which worked every time I added them to a site on my other server but on godaddy it simply does not list them as an option in the configuration>My Store>HTML Editor ......or Tools>layout boxs controller.

I deleted my internet temporary files and cookies.

In the side box readme file (install notes) it said "Delete the files from the temp directory. " what directory is that?

I forgot to upload the fckeditor admin folder... but I am still trying to work out why the advanced search side box is not showing

and I missed renaming \includes\modules\sideboxes\your_template to....
so all good
