Items in Documents Side Box showing up in catagories

Items in Documents Side Box showing up in catagories

I have the documents sidebox working and have 1 doc general in it and one doc product
Both items still show up in the regualar catagories box. How can I keep them from showing up in catagories?

You would need to exclude the products_type from all the queries where you do not want to see them ...

The docs for the Document side Box are set up as document general and the ones for the regular catagories box are set to product general. How do I exclude catagory restrictions ?

Add to the WHERE of the SELECT statements:
and products_type != 3

assuming the products_type for your Document General that you do not wish to see are products_type 3 ...
