upgrading 1.3.7 tp 1.3.8

To do manual upgrade from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8, and looking at the 'What's New 1.3.8 page from the download/docs).

As part of re-applying my customizations, do I replace the two dist-config files with my exisiting config files bfore uploading 1.3.8 files?

And,
With my existing added mods (like Canada Post, and others where a 1.3.8 newer versions exists) - should I replace old mod files with updated files before uploading 1.3.8 files, or tend to the add on modules after the fact?

I have done a complete backup of existing site and db. I have Winmerge. I have downloaded and unzipped 1.3.8 and all the comparable add on mods.

I've been using WS_FTP to upload image files to my site on Dreamhost.

To upload all of 1.3.8 files to upgrade from 1.3.7....can I upload a folder at a time, or should I upload each individual file from each folder at a time, or....is there a better way to do this with so many files?

Download the Zen Cart v1.3.8 and read the files in the /docs directory ... :smile:

When you unzip the download, you will see a directory called:
/docs

If you do not have a /docs directory, get a fresh download of Zen Cart v1.3.8 and unzip it on your computer into a directory and look for the /docs directory ...
