Removing review option on product info page

ZC 1.3.8. Custom template.

When I click on the product listing page and then click on a product under "Item Name," I get the full description. At the bottom of the description is "Previous," "Listing," and "Next."

Beneath that is "Write a Review" and "Tell a Friend."

My client wants to omit the "Write a Review" button.

How do I do that?

admin -> catalog -> product types (click the edit layout button)

Show Product Reviews Count set to 0
Show Product Reviews Button set to 0

Nope, the buttons are still there in the center section. Since there is a box for Tell a Friend on the left, I also don't see the need for a button right next to it in the center section, so I want both of those buttons removed. This doesn't seem to be covered in my Zen Cart book, but it is slow slogging through the book, too.

It's kind of weird that I'm using "true" and "false" to set the option to 0 or 1.
