Deleting Model # and In Stock from product description

I have installed a template and it is suppose to turn off the Model # and Qty in stock but in the product description it is still showing the model # and qty in stock. Is there a global place where I can turn this off?

I have already set the Display Product Model and Display Product Quantity to zero in Config / Product Listing
