How can I get 3 languages associated with 3 different templates & stylesheets?

HI everyone,

I urgently need help to understand what are the right methodology/steps to actually set up online shopping cart Zen 1.38 in 3 languages with 3 different templates / stylesheet.css.
I creat 3 custom templates - classic1 , 2 ,3 and copy them in include / templates/ .. After that I go to the Admin/Tools/Templates and tried to creat 3 different languages with 3 different templates. But - no success !

Pleas Help me !

HI ,
I create 3 custom templates for every of 3 languages . After ASSOCIATION of 2th language - right panel / when was templates menu / disappeared.

Where is a problem ?
