changing 'Manufacturers'

Hi everyone,

I'm making a site to sell artwork, so I want to change it so instead of having 'Manufacturers', it has 'Artists'

How is this done?

Thanks in advance

Thanks limelites,

I'm looking for the one for the 'filter results by' drop down box.
Any idea where it is?
