Narrow "New Product Listing for month"

Hi
I am a real newby at this, having given the hard work over to someone else who did my website, problem is I have been struggling to get Zencart to display all my new products I have uploaded, now its showing the New Products, very narrow and also displaying one of my cataloques. I don't want it to do this, only to show case new stuff.

I am using version 1.3.8a

Please can someone help, have looked on the forum but without knowing how to fix the problem out there seems a real mine field.

BTW, your product images are way too big in file size, and slow the loading of your site down considerably.

Can you see the New products for month displayed correctly? cause its showing up very narrow, you say my images are to big, is there anyway to fix this withou going about it the long way and doing each one. Sorry but I am a kindergarten when it comes to trying to make sense of this all.

You could install Image handler 2 mod to help the images, but you don't have that many yet - might be faster to do them manually.

The images shown on the test.jpg above are over 1MB (!) each. Should be <10Kb, and they're at a resolution of 300. 96 is plenty for the web.
