Product Page Margins

In all my product pages my product, attributes, information, etc. is all pushed up against the left edge (see pic 1).

If I add margin (in this example 4px on line 155 in stylesheet.css) it jacks everything up, although it does move my product off the edge a little. (see pic 2).

Can anyone help me move my product and data off the edge without messing with the rest of the layout?

Thanks!
Ryan

Need a link to the page so I can view in Moxilla Firefox and use Firebug to correct your problem..

Re: Product Page Margins

R2,
Nice site,

Locate this:
includes/templates/apple_zen/css/stylesheet.css

Add this to the bottom of the sheet:

#productAttributes, #categoryIcon, #productMainImage {
margin-left: 2em;
}

Re: Product Page Margins

Thanks!

That worked great! Thank you.

This is a continuation of the previous idea, but can you help me bump this page (see attached) to the right in the same way as the product page?

Thanks again!
Ryan

Re: Product Page Margins

R2,
Your Welcome!

Try this:

#productListHeading, #productsListingTopNumber, #productsListingBottomNumber {
margin-left: 1em;
}

  1. play with the 1em or whatever you like

Re: Product Page Margins

Thanks so much. Worked like a charm.

So since you are clearly a Zen Superstar, let me pose this problem to you. I have had it on another thread but haven't had much help. Mind taking a look?

"Hey guys, I am trying to setup my zen cart to efficiently take new orders on the admin side (for telephone orders for example). The solution I came up with was the Add customer mod. In addition, I use wholesale pricing via the dual pricing mod.

The problem I'm running into is that one mod overwrites part of the other making it impossible to have both installed. I have narrowed down the problem file to the Admin>customers.php as both mods overwrite it. So I attempted to merge the two docs into one in an effort to include both mods mods, but that didn't work.

Can anyone suggest how to make these two mods work together!

Frustrated. "

Thanks! Ryan
