Help need to make multiple category boxes

I am trying to make multiple category boxes (Where it says Wood Flooring Academy on left navigation)

I am trying to make more boxes such as Wood Flooring Academy so that I can sort my navigation like
Hardwood Flooring
Flooring Enhancements
Flooring Repair
etc etc
Where those category lists show up as the Black and then certian categories will fall under them as well as having each piece different piece of the navigation fall under the associated pieces.. Where do I start and how to I manage to do this?

EDIT: Basically I am trying to make more Heading Categories and associate the product categories within them seperately from one giant list
