Upgrading AND Moving to Godaddy server

Hi,

I need to do three things:

1. Upgrade from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8
2. Move the site from a folder to root
3. And move the whole thing to Godaddy

Currently the only MOD applied to the cart is Google Check Out.

What's the best sequence to achieve this.

1. Upgrade Tutorial
2. Move everything out of the folder to your pub_html or www folder, change your admin/includes/configure.php and you includes/configure.php to reflect this change.
3. Moving Tutorial

Since you're moving, just install everything to your root folder, anyway.

Thank you so much for your prompt reply. Do you think it's a bad idea to skip step 2 (moving from folder to root), and simply migrate to godaddy (root directory) after the upgrade?
