Dynamic content in product listing

Hello, I have a zen store at www.candlesbycraig.com. If you browse my catalog, you will understand my question better.

In short, my product listing details have two sections. The first section deals with the scent and the second deals with the type of product being listed.

Now, let's say I want to change something in the second section of the incense or votive category, maybe a link to votive holders or incense sleds. As far as I know, I would have to go in and edit every single item one by one and add it in. Right now that would not be as much of an issue as the listings are small for the time being. However they will not remain this way.

I am wondering if there is a way to have "dynamic" content on the detail pages, so I would only have to edit this information once, and have some kind of code in the details page to load that content (say a txt file).
