Help moving attribute, price, and add to cart on prod description page

If there is anyone who can help me conquer this one, I will be one happy camper :cool:

I have tried just about everything in the product description PHP file as well as all CSS files, and I cannot seem to get this one right. Please refer to the image to see what order I am trying to accomplish on these pages.

You will first start out using this to position them in the right order, then use the stylesheet.css to control them..
