Help - Sunflower Orange Template Install - Boxes Mgmt.

Testing the ZC Sunflower Orange template - but tell-a-friend box not appearing.

Also, I have search turned off, search header turned on, but two search boxes display - one at top of header and one at top of right column.

Any idea how to fix these?
