Text direction

hey all,
i'm trying to setup a site which will contain two languages: hebrew and english. i've came up with the problem that the text direction is left-to-right in both languages, while the hebrew suppose to be right-to-left direction...

how can i control the text direction for each language?

i have already the language pack. thats not the issue.
the problem is text align in wrong direction, and how can i fix it?
