Possible add Attribute Upsell after Add-to-Cart

I am wondering if anyone has a module that does this exactly:

You click "add to cart"

and then your presented with your shopping cart and have option to "add an attribute" or "add another product" to your shopping cart. This would be an upsell of a similar product.

I would need the customer to give a YES or NO answer by a drop down box.

I don't want them to go back to anther page and have to manually add it to cart, but just answer Yes add to my cart.

I've hacked up the Gift Wrap mod to do a little up-sell in the cart/checkout. Not exactly how you describe, but could probably be adapted.
