Information box Links

Where can I read about the 8 links in the Informaiton box on the left side of the home page? I don't understand how I can edit these links, their content and add/delete links.

Same for the More Information box below it.

Hi You'll find the content under the "tools" menu in Admin "define pages editor" and their status in the configuration menu "define page status"
