Links under header show in FireFox but not in IE

Hi, as the title says, I have set up links under the header using EZ page. They show and work just fine in FireFox, but won't show in IE7.
I am using ver 1.3.6.

Anyone have any ideas?

Looks the same here in IE7, IE8 and FF3.
