How to Change the language on the shipping module?

I have Store Pickup and Table Rate used as shipping modules

The text for my store pick up says Walk In

The text for me Table Rate says Best Way

How can I change the wording for these?

Search for: Walk in
includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/storepickup.php
remember to use your_template, so save it to this:
includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/your_template/ storepickup.php
