Seeing what products a specific user looked at

What I was wondering, is there a mod or a way to see what products a person looks at while they are logged in so my sales staff can see what the person looked at to try and upsell with a phone call? This will still allow for some human interaction and another possible sale.

For example, someone is looking at printer paper and monitors but they buy printer paper. I want my sales dept to do a follow-up call to be sure they received the product and also tell them they noticed they where looking at monitors and let them know we offer highly competitive pricing and support yadda yadda yadda..... to try and gain another possible sale. Obviously the customer would need to be logged in in order to collect this data but every little bit can make that extra sale.

WOW, you are correct that is an AWESOME plugin. Installed perfectly in 1.3.8. Highly recommended.

I also have the user tracking mod mentioned above, this is a very good mod and will do everything you need it to do. You can see every single page a user looks at and that goes for guests aswell as members so not only can you see what members are looking at but also see where you are losing guests.

This also helps to track what keywords they used to find your site.

Just remember that it tracks everything, and on a busy site it quickly builds up data in the database. I tend to use it for analysis on a weekly basis, then purge the tables.
