shipping rates

zen cart: 1.3.8a

i can't seem to work out how to fix an error, i have to have zones set-up for some of my big products, but want to use royal mail on the smaller items, i'm not sure whats gone wrong but since i installed the free shipping its now saying "Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time"

i have the royal mail mod installed and want to ship by weight and that has no zones set as its for all of uk

so i guess is tell me what the heck i am doing

u have to customize Royal mail to disable when smaller items are in cart

also, apply zone-rates for big items only

Why people always have varies needs in shipping? really funny...

i have to use different methods as i have some of my items sent direct form my supplier as they are very heavy and big and they charge £20 delivery where as the items i have that i send are lighter so i use the royal mail and they are sent by weight
