Can I customise the categories like this?

My site: http://puq.x10hosting.com/shop/

While browsing on Topshop I saw how they had their categories.
Is there any way I can do this do, I know Topshop isn't using Zen Cart but maybe there is a way I can do this:

topshop.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?catalogId=19551&storeId=12556&categoryId=118411&langId=-1&top=Y

sorry this is the good link
and then I don't mean their category box but the part where you can choose from subcategories, viewing different images while hovering them
