How to exclude products from payment?

What would be the best way for this:

I have some products, which should not be payable by a creditcard, but by other means. All other products should offer the payment by cc.

How could I resolve this? Check within the payment-modul to see, if there are products that are not allowed tocheck out this way?

And what do you do if I have one CCmethod item and one that I can't use my CC on?
