Help with site admin ID and password

I've created 2 sites for my sister-in-law and sometimes need to get into the admin ofthe site. She hasn't been in there in a while either and has forgotten it.

Is there any way of recovering it, at this point, I amnot even sure of the admin ID.

1. click on MySql
2. edit your database
3. click on the table called Admin
4. click browse
5. this will give you the admin user name for the site
6. go to web site and click forgot password, zen will send you a temporary password, then you can change it in my account on the site

I went into mysql and found my username & admin email address and requested a new password.... I never receive the new password via email... I've tried several times....

I just did the "security patch", could this be causing the problem?
