Please HELP with a few simple Layout Changes.

Hi,i am opening a new clothing store.
The site is Fashionov.com,If you visit it you will see that the header,along with the logo,is quite small and the tagline,just below the line is quite unreadable.I am not much of a programmer.So please help me to make the header image appear clearly to my customers.
Also,when the customers are checking out,i want to provide them with another radio button as an option of payment,thus when they choose this and click continue they will come to another page where i can show them a local mode of payment.Please help me out.

You're going to need to create a larger header image.

Thanks for taking a look,but i have a really big header image and i tried using that but only a small portion of that is showing.So i had to make a smaller image to fit that space.I think that some type of code has to be changed to make that header image space to increase,but please can you advice me on this.

Use your bigger header image, and change the height of #logoWrapper in your stylesheet to at least the height of the image.

Thanks a lot that has solved my problem.
Please can you also advice me on adding an extra button on my checkout page...this button should be linked with a new page which i shall use to tell my customers about an alternate mode of payment.
