blank page when checking out

I'm having a "blank page" issue when checking out. It's at the point where I've logged in, and chosen my shipping method then hit the continue checkout button. My SSL access logs don't tell me much:

Maybe someone with a better knowledge of MYSQL can identify the problem from reading the above errors?? Do you have a backup copy of your database? What if you backtrack your recent changes, does that fix it?

If your Hosting account is using PHP 5.2x and you are not using Zen Cart v1.3.7 or higher, the type of error described by limelites is common.

Might want to also download the Debug Utility module to troubleshoot other problems.

We have a customer in our store (mootwo designs. com)
who is experiencing check out problems and I don't know where to look to fix the problem

Her problem started about 2 days ago when she tried to use a discount coupon that had expired for a bulk discounted purchase.

I reissued the discount coupon (New coupon) and ever since every time she tries to checkout, she is getting a blank page when she presses the checkout button. This is from the loading of your cart page to checkout (first stage)

I cannot replicate this problem but she assures me that she has tried to progress her order on two different computers and has the same problem on both.

At the same time as she was ordering we experienced a problem with store emails not being sent with an error message that the php email system was incorrect - but this has rectified itself and I wondered if this might have something to do with her problem.

Can anyone offer any help or advice?

It looks like with the original problems that the customer experienced with her order, some error code may have remained in the resident cart and it was replicating because she did not empty her cart and start over.

Once the cart was emptied, log off, log in, the cache must have emptied and her order now progresses normally.

I'm having something similar happening for one my customers that use a mac with firefox, chrome or safari(she didn't have IE installed to test). When she clicks on the go to checkout button from the cart, she gets an error or blank screen(couldn't get her to give me the error details unfortch). I have not been able to replicate this on my wifes mac and was looking for any ideas. I have heard this before from other customers from time to time but am getting the lions share of our orders(I hope?) Anyway i'm running 1.3.9d with Database Patch Level: 1.3.9a
with PHP Version 5.2.13 hosted from a linux server. the url is https://www.locarbu.com if anyone can replicate this problem please let me know.
