Free Shipping for Customer Group
Hi guys,
**I intend to create a specific group for my local customers who help to advertise my site and offer them free shipping.

As of now, I understand that Zencart allows group creation that offers Group Pricing (discount off price).
What I want to do, is offer this particular group of local customers permanent free shipping.
Is there any way to do this? I am using 1.3.8a and my site is over at https://www.oozleideas.com.
I am currently using freeshippingoptions for free shipping for orders over 13 items (local), and freeshippingoptions (cloned) for free shipping for orders over 20 items (international).
I am using Zone Rates to tabulate my shipping costs based on item weight.
