Cold Steel Favicon

I know it's silly, but where do I put the favicon? It'sn showing up on my joomla site http://www.milestonessportsjewelry.com but NOT www.milestonessportsjewelry.com/shop (after clicking shop tab from main url)

This is not a template specific question... but, I'm seeing the favicon at both the URLs listed.
