Order not showing up in Zen Admin

We just has a an order come through (I know this from my authorize.net report), but for the first time, the order did not show up in my Zen Admin.

We did have a anti-fraud filter setup through authorize.net, so not sure if this would have had something to do with this. The filter was for shipping and billing mis-matches, but was still authorized and just held for review. We have since removed the filter.

We have the same problem..orders are not showing up in Admin..
Any help would be great..

If you look in the orders table via phpMyAdmin do you see the orders?
What payment module(s) are enabled? Which module was used to place those orders?

I only have orders showing for a test order with money order.
Credit card orders do not show in the tables.
We are using authorizenet.sim

We've discovered that our CC orders are not being redirected back to the site to confirm..these orders are redirected to the sign in page.

We have contacted our offsite CC processing outfit to see if they do the configuration to redirect the orders back to the confirm page, as we're not sure if this can be done in their admin panel by us.

Are you using AuthorizeNet SIM vs AIM for any particular reason? AIM is the better way to go ...

The CC outfit we use only uses the SIM.

I am afraid I have never heard of this kind of restriction, and SIM often has issues posting back ...

You might check again about using AIM method ...

Are you using any sort of SEO stuff on your server?

Any kind of rewrites at all?

Also, turn on debug-to-email (or to file) and post the logs after doing a transaction ...

Well we've had big problems with this outfit (E-xact) which I won't go into......but they only use SIM

No, no SEO I'm aware of..

No rewrites that I'm aware of...
