logo and tagline issue

I have searched and read countless threads and have yet to come across someone with this exact problem. I have customized a template and now my tagline does not show in the header but below the header.

http://americanwhitney.com/shoponline/

What I want is for the tagline to be level with the logo and aligned right.

I have tried several things and and nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: logo and tagline issue

How odd... it looks fine in IE, but not in Firefox.

Edit: I'm not sure what's pushing it down in Firefox. Someone else may have a suggestion. I really like the look of the site so far. Good luck with it.

Re: logo and tagline issue

Well, I have been trying some changes while you have been looking at it. I can get it to show below the blue sky, but it should be IN the blue sky.

I think I am going bald by choice here.

Re: logo and tagline issue

Update,

If i view in firefox, it appears wrong. If I view in IE 7 mode it appears correct, if I view in IE 8 mode it appears wrong.

Re: logo and tagline issue

Got it....Woo Hoo!

Had to change:

.centerBoxContents, .specialsListBoxContents, .centerBoxContentsAlsoPurch, .attribImg {
float: left;
}

#logo {
float: left;
}

#logo, .centerBoxContents, .specialsListBoxContents, .centerBoxContentsAlsoPurch, .attribImg {
float: left;
}

then I had a white space above my header image to remove and did so by:

h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
margin: 0.3em 0;
to

h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
margin: 0em 0;

Re: logo and tagline issue

Keep an eye out for the effect those changes may have elsewhere on the site.
