Help- delete ultimate SEO cause I can not log my admin page

I have installed ultimate SEO but found some problems, so delete the files I stalled to reinstall, but after delete, I can not open my admin page and log.

The pages shows:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function zen_catalog_href_link() in /home/content/w/a/n/wang1975/html/swarockone/admin/includes/header.php on line 230

Any help and advice will be highly appreciated.
