It is zen cart isn't it?

Just a general question.
I came across this website:

x3internetsolutions.com/

They claim that their sites are self built yet their admin panel and other general things are identical to zencart. They sell their services and say that they do it all from scratch but I came across a site that they made and it is undeniably done with zencart.

Is there any link between zencart and this company? Can they do this?

Sites listed within their Portfolio section appear to be using osCommerce. As Zen Cart is a fork of osCommerce I can see where one might mistake the difference.

A quick look at view source will show that they are entirely table-based in structure, and Zen Cart got rid of nearly all its tables 3 years ago.
