How do I change side boxes titles?

Hi, I'd like to know how to change what the side boxes are called eg; 'sponsors', 'information', 'languages' etc. ideally I'd like to know how to edit any of them but the ones I'm really interested in changing now are both of the 'sponsors boxes' in particular the one in the bottom left hand corner and the 'have you seen...' title. I know how to hide most of them and can find them in admin>tools>layout boxes controller but the 'sponsors' ones and 'have you seen...' are not in here. So I suppose my second question is where in the admin can you turn these two off or any others that dont appear in layout boxes controller? My main concern is the first part of this thread though, I really need to change what 'sponsors' is called asap.

Most of those defines are found in includes/languages/english.php

Don't forget to set up your custom template and save the edited file to your override folder.

Zencart has a really handy tool to search for text within files at Admin - Tools - Developers Tool Kit

Both those boxes are in Layout Boxes Controller, but they're called something else. I think 'have you seen' is whats_new, and I forget what the Sponsors box is called - might be banner_box.
