customers cannot checkout or log in/create

just switched servers.... one of my sites, https://www.baltimorestreetmods.com .....

customers cannot log in or create an account, nor can they checkout. Keeps coming up "
The site is currently down for maintenance. Please excuse the dust, and try back later."

my server guys are pretty good, but not getting a response this late/early. Is anyone on that can look and see if you can figure out why this is? Just now caught it, so not sure how many sales I have lost.

Assuming that your MySQL server is running (that's a web host issue, but unlikely to be the problem), this is almost certainly because you followed the relevant FAQ Entry but missed the exceptions in step 4, or because you just moved the site files and updated the configure files by hand, but didn't get the changes quite right.
