Site was fine then got system setup required page.

My site was running fine and today i went into my site and i got a system setup required page. what is going on? how did my site break? anyone had this issue before?

Did you change anything in the configure files?
Have you contacted your host to see if they changed anything?

Any time your site is working fine, and all of a sudden it doesn't, it's almost always something your host did. I'd start there.
