Adding New Country and States

I went through and deleted all the countries I did not need in locations/taxes / countries. In the process I deleted my own country, Canada.

I have added it back in as a new country but the provinces no longer come up as a drop down menu. Yes I have drop down menu checked in the configuration.

The menu says Type a choice below and provides a blank feild.

Where do I go to add all the provinces back in?

I have spent so much time trying to figure this out and searching the posts and right after I posted my question, I found my answer.

Provinces and states are Zones that you add to countries under Location / Taxes.
